i am confused? we have a problem with the price of energy and everybody wants you to conserve, the cost of housing including rents are outrageous, people making a modest income cannot afford the rents, they are moving in with extended families, the highways and streets are choking with traffic, the schools are overcrowded, there is no available affordable housing in new york city's outer boroughs especially manhattan, where are these illegal immigrants going to live? especially when they start bringing in there families from other countries. people keep saying that we are a nation of immigrants, yes that is correct,but when people started immigrating in waves to the big cities at the turn of the century there was land to be developed where is the land now. anybody who walks the streets of the big cities and the suburbs can see the effect that has taken place . if you are well off you do not care or you look the the other way because you feel that this will not affect you, but over population will affect everybody sooner than later.
