Primary reason that all illegal immigration must be stopped / The moral sanction:

The moral sanction for stopping all illegal immigration is the one thing that this country has never been able to nail down. There's more to it than "It's against the law." That begs the question "What is the moral sanction for the law in the first place?"

This moral sanction comes from the words of John Locke. John Locke is the first to speak of inalienable rights, except that he spoke NOT about Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. He spoke of Life liberty and property.

Locke wrote a powerful essay regarding the definition of property, how matter as it exists in nature becomes a person's property, and how the respect for and protection of property is an absolutely necessary aspect of human survival.

Anyone who takes matter from its natural position in nature and infuses his energy, his mental design efforts, and his physical structuring onto this material stuff and trurns it into something that can be used for his well being has made this material stuff his property. He owns it, and he has a right to use it for his own well being in the way that he chooses, and he has the right to protect it from anyone else who seeks to consume it or take it away.

Furthermore, any government has the absolute duty to protect the property rights of its citizens.

Therefore the moral sanction for demanding an end to all illegal immigration is a matter of our right to protect our property. This is our land, our home. We built this place. We built the highways, the bridges, the office buildings, the factories, the stores, the schools, the churches, the hospitals, the medical clinics, the schools. We trained and paid for the teachers, the doctors, and all professionals. We put the money we earned into our welfare bucket. We have the absolute right to use this property in whatever we believe is best for us. And we have the right to stop anybody from putting their foot on our property or using our property without our permission.

This is perhaps a little deeper thought process than simply saying "Its against the law' Because that begs the question "What is the moral sanction for the law in the first place." The answer is simple, it's constant, it's grounded in the very basis of human rights - life itself. Without property there is no human survival. Every man has the absolute inalienable right to own property, the right to use his property in whatever way he believes is best for himself, and the right to protect his property. That's what the laws are for. And that is the solid moral principle behind our desire to stop ALL illegal immigration.
