Spitzer Says Marijuana Opposition Has ‘Evolved'

12 plants can weigh 12 ounces or 12 pounds depending on strain grown. 2.5 ounces is not possible as when it is harvested, the whole plant needs to go or it becomes low quality and is then no good for the patient. glad to see a cannabis friendly law for NY, but someone needs to write a letter to spitzers office and let them know 2.5 ounces is an unrealistic number. patients would be getting busted all the time for having too much meds on hand by simply having 1 plant alone, they would be 13.5 ounces over the weight limit by first harvest.
