Two great ideals that should be preserved. The current municipal administration is no more than the developer's wolf in sheeps' clothing. Thank goodness for the West Side Manhattan Assembly Members, who voted with us against the Van Corltandt alienation. I am just sorry it took the Speaker so long to understand that.

Now it is clear that the DEP can not operate a chemical facility in a densely populated area, and that the Parks Department can not build replacement parks on top of parking lots.

Tell the Mayor to build his facilities on land. Tell him who's city this is anyway.
