Everybody should have the right to choose whether he (note: this and every following instance is a generic "he", encompassing "he", "she" and "it") pays any tax. After all, it is his money and nobody has a right to his money or a right to control it. Furthermore everybody should have the right to choose how much tax he will pay if he chooses to pay tax; and, also, everybody should have the right to choose the purpose for which his money will be used if he chooses to pay tax.
