NFL Needs To Enforce Off-Season's No-Contact Rule

Submitted by John Fahey, Jun 20, 2007 15:24

I know us Raider fans have a reputation for paranioa, so I really do have that in mind when I post this. I am at a loss, however, (as are most of the Raider faithful) as to how Mr. Finn can sustain an injury of that nature (over a week before Oakland was penalized) without contact, and how Mr. Thomas from the Browns can make the public comments he has, and ONLY the Raiders have been sanctioned by the league.

I suppose if you want your favorite player to be "safe" during the preseason, just have him work out in Oakland from now on. We know the rules are being enforced there...
