As Vespa Popularity Rises, City May Try To Make Vroom

Submitted by Ian, Jun 20, 2007 15:59

I spend my last four years in NYC (1999 - 2003)riding my bicycle almost everywhere. It cost me nothing in gas, and aside from one ticket for passing a red light ($100) I never had any problems. The scooter is a great idea for those who can't ride bikes, and I would love to see NYC accomodate all its two wheeled gas savers.
