If one looks at the ingredients to the Crisco "O Grams Trans Fat" Shortening, they will see "fully hydrogenated" and "partially hydrogenated" oils in it. Crisco must be manipulating the statistics if these poisons are in their shortening. Also, it is selling for about $3.49 a pound at my supermarket, yet I can get Spectrum Organic Shortening at the health food store for $2.66 a pound and it really is trans fat free.
