It Seemed Like a Good Plea at the Time

Submitted by Vatore, Jun 21, 2007 17:04

Having sat in the courtroom last week, and hearing "REASONS" as to why the prosecution didn't want to pursue the murder charge against Mr. Bellomo, it almost seemed that if the Government would have reviewed there case against Mr. Bellomo before time, that they would have realized that it wasn't solid. The prosecution rested their hat on 1 alleged conversation, that in itself was shaky. Mrs. Rochah gave every excuse in the book as to why the government didn't want to pursue the murder charge, but never said what she should have, which would have been, "We were wrong." Judge Kaplan said, "Its not like 1 persons saying black, and the others saying white." But anyone who was actually neutral would have seen/heard, the evidence Mr. Levin said, and realized this was a frame job. Mrs. Rochah answered back by laughing, and saying, "there is no jury here, and this is not a trial." I hope that people will see what actually goes on, and understand that this is a shame that people could do this in the name of America.
