The only reason this judge was sentenced to ten minutes in cuffs is because someone cared enough to expose his crime. Although the judges are immune from getting sued, they are not immune from being exposed and disbarred. Unfortunately, his wife is next on the line for not exposing him either. I pray that what they have done will cause a domino effect and cause other people to expose other abusive judges, they have either encountered or are encountering with family court with in New York. I want to start a petition to expose injustices woman have or are experiencing with these courts and where it is standing.

A Petition to Expose bad judges

Judge, John L. Kase ripped my 4 yr. old child from my life, because of conflicts of interest with his law secretary, and onesided decisions with attorneys and law guardians, all bias, it's in appeals process. He was appointed a criminal curcuit judge, who was put on my family court case and then was appointed to the Supreme Court. His decision that caused my daughter and I trauma was because he had no knowledge of family law which states, when a parent does not visit their child after 6 months it is considered abandonment. He failed to throw out a visitation petition and it resulted in custody.
