It's an expenditure of an enormous amount of words, yet fails to show a single substantive critisicm. Very interesting to watch someone grumbling about the "good old days" of NYC. The very ones that drove me out of the city.
I would never descend to the level of suggesting that the author has a well chosen nom-de-plume, but I'm afraid it is the first thing that came to my mind while reading the article
