I have had the opportunity to work alongside many Nursing Assistants, and they do their job wonderfully. But, I do find fault with the title of this article... "Candidate Edwards Spends Day Walking in an Area Nurse's Shoes," because the term "nurse" is a legally protected term for those who are either an RN or an LPN.

You can finish Nursing assistant training in 6 weeks... nursing school takes 3+ years for those who are dedicated (and much longer for many!) to the art (of nursing). Please do not confuse these titles and contribute to the mis-representation of nurses.
