Prediction: Congress will pull the rug on Iraq just as stability arrives. Like the masses following the stock market, Congress watches the news and polls, and do things at exactly the wrong times. Our Gov't supports fuel economy when oil is at its highest point, not lowest. They take action on terrorism after a major attack. They focus on immigration after 20 million illegals have already arrived. Congress' actions on Iraq will be the best contrary-indicator there is.
