Sick of Working

What motivates behavior is important, indivduals in labor intenstive job titles, such as bus operators, emergency medical personnel,etc..., no idle time while working, or each call brings worker face to face with potential morbid or mortal circumstances that may require intense physical and mental activity to get the job done, certainly will have an effect on an individual's behavior on a daily basis and their ability to face coming to work. Changing how one has to report use of FML will not change behavior that is motivated by the above mentioned factors. Any rule or regulation with good intent will be perverted by those who are seeking personal gain but this is probably not the case for those who may appear to be abusing FML. Workers in labor intensive jobs should be able to vent frustrations about the job to management without facing discipline and such workers need reassurances that their work is valued and important. Reciept of a paycheck is not enough and there will always be individuals who figure out how to get the paycheck and not have to work.
