What a complete sham and an obvious payoff to the "Big Boys". I read the report and the attachments and it's an obvious hack job to take out the little guys and give final payoff / downpayment to both the Mega university hospitals and developers. Hummmmm, how much do these folks kick into the political pockets of our lovely politicians? A Crap Load.

Not a single word about the insanely wastefull big mega hospitals who give big or the huge inefficient city hospital system that bankrolls institutional waste and political no-show jobs. Oh, my mistake, they did go to the big boys to see where they can slice up the little guys business. And they sat down behind closed doors and said, here ya go fella's you take their business and the state will give you MORE millions to figure out how to get it done. Wink, Wink, we'll call it efficiency, I give you greater market share, pay you to do it and nobody will be the wiser.
