I might be missunderstanding the purpous behind these intentions, but as a comute biker for 5 years, and a current pedicaber, I feel there is too much missplaced aggression from the police to the pedicab community. I bike from ucf to the downtown area. I pedicab till 3 and bike home. I can tell you any other police authorithy I have encountered in any other area, has beed extremly helpful and courtous. However when I connect a cab to my bike the police are angry, violent, threatening, and I personaly feel they couse more dangerous situations for any one on a bike.
