9/11 originated in Wahabbi minds - Wahabbi Saudi minds - as seen in the nationalities of the 9/11 terrorists. The most effective thing Mr. Bush could have done during the days after 9/11 would have been to ask Congress for a declaration of war against Saudi Arabia. That he did not, and that he did not deal with the massive failure of US intelligence in the events of 9;/11 indicate that early on, Mr. Bush was either not serious about combating the hate-filled ideologies promoting terrorism, or incapable of understanding them. By now, it is clear that he is both. He is wholly unfit for the office he holds, and the times in which he has held it.
