With regards to the proposed US plans to build a missile defence system in Eastern Europe to protect against possible future aggression from Iran...It is just another excuse for the United States to further extend its power around the world. Even if Iran develops the capability to launch ICBM into Europe, UK and France with there powerful nuclear cabability would counter Iranian attacks.

The idea of Iran launching ballastic missile into Europe is absurd. Nuclear weapons are only a detterent and Iran knows that any nuclear strike on its part would be faced by total destruction on itself.

This Idea of US missile defence system is very similar to the recent nuclear co-operation between US and India. The US has showed major co-operation and effort in aiding India with arms and nuclear technology, the end goal for the US being that India with US ties will be a bullwark in the future for China.
