At present, the E Room and Nursing Home stays open. They are trying to get more but nobody is eager for them. I no longer see Bravo or Victory's own ambulances around Bay Ridge. Victory may have to settle for a little extra as a face -saving token. Maybe a few beds or a small service or two. Resignations have been enormous.
