Stick to the facts, the position of congress is it makes no sense to give money for a missile shield installation program when the components are not projected to be ready for installation in Poland and the Czech Republic for the next five years give or take. In simple words, congress wants the White House to wait until you have something to put in the ground before putting money in the ground... I suppose people of the same leaning as you with selective intelligence will be the ones to believe your outragious incitements.
