It's funny how Catholics can't even say "boo" without being slammed as prejudice and hateful. It's ironic seeing as anti-Catholicism itself is the last socially acceptable prejudice in our country. Catholicism is often the brunt of many hateful jokes and comments by people of all backgrounds and faith, and yet there are never any news articles in major periodicals that point to these prejudices.

The use of the Tridentine Mass was not a mere concession for the older generation, but an acknowledgement
of the GROWING number of young individuals and families who attend it. I myself was born in the early 80's, grew up with the vernacular Mass, and have since found the beauty of the Tridentine Mass which I have attended faithfully for the past 10 years. In my parish where a weekly Tridentine Mass draws at least 50 to 100 people each week, the majority of people present were born well after the "New" Mass was put into place.
