Russia for one. The Russians have not been shy about withholding the engery it produces to blackmail Europe. Look at the situation in the Ukraine and Georgia of late. Furthermore depending on who you ask Iran already has missles capable of Eastern and Central Europe and is working very hard to develop Nuclear weapons to put on those missles. The Czech and the Poles need our help.
