Sadly, another New York tradition goes by the wayside. The Circle Line has been the way to go to the Statue for over 50 years. Everything now is money. Who is to blame for this? The National Park Service or the Bloomberg Administration? Hornblower must have given a higher bid than the Circle Line. To give the ferry service to an out-of-town service is outrageous. Soon, both Yankee and Shea Stadiums, as well as Astroland, will be demolished. The New York that we knew will soon be replaced by more expensive and more profitable concerns. How sad!
