Quinn's neo conservative policies and actions are designed to ingratiate her with the elite o NYC. She picked it up form Giffird Miller. But with merely superficial acceptance by the ruling elite, and no more foundation of grass roots supporters, she'll lose like the gif. Think think tank or academia for her in the future. Not the Mayor's office.
