As Eric mentioned,
That woman placed her entire face over an unexploded tube....Safety rule #1, a big mistake that cost here, her life. That was a tragedy no doubt, but when are adults going to take responsibility for their own actions?
Question #1- Where did this women come in possession of a commercial 1.3g 3"shell?
Question #2- Was she licensed to shoot this off?
Question #3- Was she versed in safety issues related to this type of firework?

I mean come on.
I have been shooting off fireworks for friends and family for over 15 years and I have never, NEVER had a mishap, Why? because I'll spend extra time on safeguarding my shows.

What about the kids who are seriously playing baseball, hockey, bike riding dog bites. Why not ban them too? Isn't that what you are looking for?

Or were you the actor in the "Boy in the Bubble"?, don't touch nothing, don't feel nothing
Hummmm, that would be a great society to live in.......
