New View of Brown v. Board Unlikely To Sway One Judge

The irony of this article is that JUdge Weinstein should continue an antiquated order which right now is preventing minority including African American students from getting in will cause resegregation. I think it is absurd that an 84 yr old judge has to rest on past laurels to make a point. I believe in view of the recent supreme Court decision and also the fact that a gifted minority student did not get into Mark Twain because of court mandated quotas which necessitate 60% whites the Judge should himself reverse this antiquated court order requiring 60% whites when the local demographics is 70% minority !!!!.

I believe that justice will only be done when the Judge personally gets involved and agrees with the Chancellor Mr Klein to make the system solely on merit and not on the color of the skin .
