First of all, there is no such thing as a "Tech-9". There is a "TEC-9" (also used to refer to the TEC-DC9 and AB-10).
Second, despite the hype surrounding them, TEC-9s are NOT fully automatic (AKA "machine gun"). Full auto means the firearm shoots multiple shots per trigger pull. TEC-9s are semi-autos, meaning they fire a single shot per trigger pull. They are no more powerful than any 9mm pistol such as those made by Beretta, Glock, Walther, Smith & Wesson, etc. They have the same basic rate of fire as those other makes. Like the TEC-9, those other makes also will accept 'high capacity' magazines.
