I heard the CB2 board made their mind up before they had even heard the proposal, and that they had written the guidelines this article refers to after the campaign started to stymie it when they got to the comm board. Looks like a bunch of neighborhood busy bodies cutting off their noses to spite their face, look forward small local businesess being pushed out and Starbucks et al moving in...
