Ancient Document Confirms Existence Of Biblical Figure

Submitted by Nathan Bickel;, Jul 12, 2007 03:53

I was very thrilled to read the recent (of many) "discoveries" which confirm the Holy Scripture's historical and revelatory truthfulness. As a Christian believer, though, I was reminded of the N.T. Scripture in Luke 16:31: "And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead." The unbelieving, the hard of heart, the cosmopolitan citizen of a global ecomomy, will not be persuaded the truths of God's Revelation to mankind if that person is comfortable with his sins against God's Holy Ten Commandments. It is only through a humble spirit, of "God, be merciful to me, a sinner," will one be able to appreciate the now, being discovered, evidences of God's recorded human historical narratives. Sincerely, Nathan Bickel
