There is only one obvious reason why mayors need the trace data...So that they can sue, sue, sue. Tiahrt permits Law Enforcement to retrieve the data, just not mayors or the general public. On this note, Herr Bloomberg has lied so many times, claiming that LE are restricted from the data, that he is hoping that the lie becomes the truth. Sounds just like Hitler's Administrator of Propaganda.

Bloomberg's position is now well understood, and the mayors who still follow him are either blind or stupid. They are following a person with a one-world view who leans toward socialism and the 'Nanny State.'

Apparently, for all his money and brains, he never paid attention to history, as hence, is doomed to repeat it.

It saddens me to know that he is 'one of my clan,' just helping me into the oven.
