The prayer, included once a year, should be a non-issue.
After all, Jesus told his disciples to go out and make all the world disciples -- and there is no footnote excluding the Jews from that command. Indeed, Jesus himself preached first to the Jews. As such, every Christian should follow his example, and that includes evangelizing and praying for the conversion of every individual, including the Jewish people from who the Christian faith (and the Savior himself) sprung.
