Al Gore is not going to run for president. He already said that. Several times. On TV and in the New York Times, which actually checks their facts (well, most times). Also, report after report from scientists, climatologists, meterologists and other experts from "appropriate fields" have confimed that human activity is the main cause of global warming. It doesnt matter that Al Gore made it a trendy movie or won an Oscar or whatever. I am always amazed by people who refuse to take responsibility for being wrong. First, those in denial said the world wasn't warming-- that global warming was a 'hoax', then when that was proven wrong, they said that it was a natural warming, and now that view is looking less and less reality based, and the argument is how and where to apply rules to prevent it... it is ridiculous. Why is it that humans never seem to be able to learn from their history of being slowly dragged away from beliefs that are false? Remember when the church said the earth was flat? They addmited they were wrong about that in 1992. I am serious. Total lunacy.
