Judge Disputes Bush's Rationale for Libby's Commutation

Back when the Bushies were somewhat popular their rationale was that those who leaked this information would be punished to the full extent of the law. Well that changed 180 degrees after his NeoCon sychophant was brought up on charges and subsequently convicted in a court of law. But before doing time the sentence was commuted. By this action they demonstrated that they consider themselves above our laws. This is Bush's rationale.
