One of the best overall musicians I know began his musical career with an accordian. Even though he can play just about any instrument you set before him these days...or will at least give it a try. He still enjoys pulling out his "squeeze box" and at 60 years old still makes beautiful music with it! Music and the enjoyment of the same is not, and will never, be confined to a particular instrument, or one style of vocal interpretation. It is timeless and capable of adapting to each and new generation. The accordian has proven a worthy instrument for many cultures over endless generations and I believe will be alive and bringing pleasure to civilization well into the future.
