Why is it that liberal media and gun control groups don't report that the Fraternal Order of Police and ATF SUPPORT a renewal of the Tiahrt Amendment? Oh, that's right, because the whole gun control argument is based on lies and deceptions. Blomberg only wants a repeal of Tiahrt to sue gun dealers. The ATF already has the authority to share trace data to local law enforcement officials as long as it is part of an ongoing criminal investigation. So the argument that Tiahrt "handcuffs" law enf is ridiculous.
