Kudos to a great editorial.

There has been so little information given out on how the plan will work. For example, will this not just create even more congestion in Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx ? For example to get from outer boroughs to New Jersey peole drive through Manhattan. The BQE on most days is alreay a parking lot, how will this help the poor little girl with asthma ? I object how the mayor likes to bully things through, just like he did years back raising real estate taxes.
