So, what is your point?

Bitter that you missed out on the real estate boom, while you lived off my tax dollars in Manhattan.

Now you live in a place where high culture is Sopranos re-runs, still bitter that others still value the place that you left.

Again, you point is:

Things would be better with low rents, crime in the streets and more public housing? And . . .

Market forces of supply and demand dont work and have overvalued real estate where people want to be.

Poor use of space for a legit article. Nice for the editorial page of the Staten Island Daily Tribune, where I am sure there is lots going on on the "Society" page . . .
