Mr. Badillo is right on. Two years ago I sent a letter to my Senator saying that we needed to provide some help to the Mexican people. Of course, he ignored it.

We are spending 100s of billions in Iraq. We should spend 10 or 20 billion on Mexico. Education. Law enforcement. Repeal NAFTA. Return unauthorized aliens, and give them each $10,000 to start a business in Mexico. Seize Mexican assets to cover the costs. Lets get creative. Out of the box thinking.
