I was thrilled to read of your hotel in the original Life Magazine building. Since I was five years old I have had
possession (since 1950) of a fabulous Balfour Ker painting which was printed as a "centerfold" in Life, I think June of 1910 or 1911. It's called Art for Heart's Sake" I thought that whole world was gone. I must come and stay at the Herald Square on my next visit. I am shell shocked.
