I'm delighted to hear that Hilton is building additional timeshare space in NYC. My husband and I are not interested in beach-type, island-type holidays. We would be delighted to be able to travel to various cities around the world using our timeshare points. The idea that one cannot get a feel for a city if one is staying in a timeshare accommodation is ludicrous. How is that any different than staying at an expensive hotel? I don't see the difference! 'Urban timeshares' are a terrific idea. I've asked Hilton about them before. Glad to know that they are listening.
