The gentlemen replying above have it right, Bloomberg is a rich bully attempting to use his money to force the rest of us to conform to his rules, while running roughshod over the law when it does not conform to his wishes, as witness his use of "private detecyives" to overstep the bounds of his jurisdiction and authority.
