History Mystery: Who Left Symbol In a City Building, and Why?

I feel there should be a picture of this so call mark or break in the wall so that the public can send you its oppinion to what Bugs Bunny said, " Whats Up Doc?". So I enjoyed the story, lets face it with out pictures to show the public, its just a story. For all we know that could of been made up or concocted to have the readers guessing on something written by the writer and it could just be plain boring (OH HUM). So this is my comment. Thank you, Mrs.Dawn Olivaria
