there had been bike lanes on E91 St. I don't live in the Ruppert towers, but we live nearby & my children play in the park all the time. And we spend a considerable amount of time in E91 St because it is a closed off, quiet street. They can run, learn to tricycle, and just amble about. Same for the seniors - it's a calm way to spend a few minutes on a bench without worrying about getting run over. Can we just leave something alone in this city that is working? Not everything has to be for everybody all the time.
