The eminent domain law has to change. This will only distroy the confidence of future buyers and existing owners of real property. It was a mistake when the court said the taking of private property for so called "public use" was redefined. It's GREAT for lawyers and probably sits well with many in government. Please note; in Russia you were very careful to not have "to nice" an apartment. Otherwise, someone else might be living in your apartment in the very near future. This STEALING has to stop or the confidence of older americans as well as future property owners will fall and real property will be left to the socialists. Wake up America, it's all around you!
