Initial iPhone Excitement Is Put on Hold

Submitted by Raman, Jul 25, 2007 12:13

No one should be surprised that the iPhone represents the bleeding edge of technology. The merged technology aspect of the iPhone is it's most interesting feature, but the device's Apple logo represents nothing if not "hype" and a desperate, nerdy desire to be cool. Apple and their pointy headed minions have always been smug, self indulgent and less than forthcoming about the inadequacies of Apple products. Five years from now, the iPhone paradigm may be an integral part of the human social fabric...but for now, it's just another overrated tech-toy.
