Iran's regime might not be more evil than the Soviet regime was, but it is just as imperialist, and far less rational. Talking is likely to be counterproductive without serious whupass to back it up. Unfortunately, the U.S. has not got much whupass left in it, and our Eurabian "allies" none at all. Yes, I'm gloomy.
