City's Developers Agree: ‘Harlem Has Arrived'

i think it's wrong to confuse the "marketing speak" of developers and their army of real estate agents with the actual people living in, and moving to harlem. just because some marketing wonk calls a place "SOHA" does not mean that the people moving here will say anything BUT harlem. im new to harlem, and im proud of it, and would not be caught dead uttering SOHA unless im rolling my eyes while im doing it.

also want to point out that i dont think you've got the rigt location for that hotel on 125th and 5th ave. i think it's actually on Fredrick Douglass.
