Ahmadinejad Asks Americans To Reject Bushism, Zionism

Submitted by Kevin Anderson, Nov 30, 2006 14:13

I know I'm probably going to take a lot of fire from people for saying this, but has anyone actually read the President of Iran's letter to the American People? It actually makes a great deal of sense and the President of Iran makes a lot a realistic and great points. If anyone just looks at his letter objectively with an open mind it becomes very clear that this man is sincerely attempting to reach out to the American people by exposing some basic truths. Is what he is saying about Israel and Zionism False? No, it is not. Zionism and the Israeli regime that currently adheres to the tenets of Zionism have shown the world time and time again that it is a murderous regime that chronically transgresses upon international law and basic decencies when it comes to it's Arab neighbors while always crying "Victim". Every time Israel does something wrong ( which it does on a constant basis ) and the world community tries to condemn Israel for it's actions, the American government uses it's veto power to protect Israel from even the slightest criticism. The United States is always diligent to make sure that Israel literally gets away with murder, while going to great lengths to condemn the victims of Israel aggression. Is it "Anti Semitic" to speak the truth? Why is it that any condemnation against Israel is always labeled as "Anti Semitic"? It falls along the same lines that anyone who opposes the war in Iraq or criticizes G.W. Bush is "unPatriotic" The fact of the matter is wether we want to admit it or not is that our continued unconditional support for Israel is what has brought threat upon threat against the United States. It was our unconditional support of Israel that caused 911. It is our unconditional support of Israel that puts every single American in the world today in harms way.
