Thank you for your kind comments and your support! It HAS been a living hell for our family. I would like to say something like "Its nice to know I'm not alone" but in a sense, I wish I was! The fact that these kind of situations are going on all over the country makes me angry enough to spit nails! I keep asking myself "how did so many ignorant, uneducated people come to be in charge of education?!" As for Andy.... he IS a great guy! He also happens to be an ex-Marine and a veteran. I guess you can say that even though he is no longer active duty he is still fighting for the rights guarenteed in the Constitution! I was very fortunate, I found him on the WrightsLaw site by researching Special Ed decisions in my area. I would suggest you check out that site too, its got lots of good information. http://www.wrightslaw.com/ And just to give you an update on my saga.... Mr. Kelly ruled against us last week (no suprise there) and wants us to send Randy BACK to a school we pulled him out of for safety reasons. Even the school in question said they are unsafe for Randy! He even made it quite obvious the reason for the decision had little to do with the case and more to do with revenge against us for having Andy Cuddy as our lawyer. Proof once again that Mr. Kelly is corrupt and is incapable of being impartial!
