First of all, atleast give Bill Simmons credit if you are going to rip off his article. Secondly, over 3000 hits, 431 homeruns, and and two MVPs is enough not to ever be associated with the word, "overrated." I have zero problem glorifying a player for his work ethic especially with today's generation of overrated , spoiled athletes that forgot all about the team first attitude the made baseball america's pastime in the first place.
